Vintage Design
Chaise Longue made from steam bent birch wood. Original upholstery in jute webbing. Made in Sweden most likely during the 1940s. Good vintage condition with some age related patina from wear and use. The chairs design is reminiscent to Bruno Mathsson famous chaise longue ”Pernilla 3”, designed in 1944. Made in similar materials and technique as the one used by Mathsson chairs. Details varying from the BM’s serially produced examples. Possibly a prototype by Mathsson and most likely unique.
