Antique Porcelain Swan, Dragonfly, and 3 Dimensional Flower Vase

This is a beautiful Art Nouveau vase that has swans and applied flowers and dragonflies on a lavender and cream background with a mint green base . It has leaves and applied flowers and beautiful swans across the front. The dragonflies are cut out on the top edge. There is gold paint in the base around the swans. This vase measures 11” H x 6” at the widest part. It is great condition with no chips or cracks or damage of any kind. This vase has the characteristics of an Amphora vase but the mark on the bottom is what has me puzzled. I have an update on the mark, I was at an antique show and I saw a vase with mark but it was also stamped Germany.
