Large & heavy 19th c. French cast iron mortar and pestle. The mortar measures 7″ diameter x 4″ tall. The pestle measures 8″ long and 2″ wide. Extremely heavy. Pleasing patina and good condition. (Condition: lip has a old nick sheered off, patina there matches that of the entire piece).
