1970s Sooner Glass Hand Blown Swan

I think this is called Sooner Glass and is circa 1970s. A hand blown swan in a beautiful cobalt blue swirl color. Look at the swirl pattern in the light! It’s intended to be a decorative piece but has a “bowl” in the center so could be used as a candy dish, planter, etc. I am amazed that this swan is in such good condition. His beak is pointed and all “wing” points are there as well, yet this is such a delicate piece of glass!
