1920s Five-Light Bronze Art Deco Lighting Fixture Chandelier With Opalescent Shades

Offering a well-designed, French Art Deco chandelier with a geometric design signature to its period. It could be solid bronze, but it’s either brass with a verdigris bronze patina or solid bronze (it’s quite heavy, so it’s probably solid bronze). Five large French opalescent glass shades, which glow a warm, fiery color when lit, complete its unusually powerful look. Rewired and fitted with American candelabra sockets (each can host a 60-watt bulb for a total of 300 watts of light). Insofar as it hangs by chain, the length can be shortened.

Measurements: 22 x 22 x 28 long. The shades are about 8 inches in diameter.
