Small Transition Commode Louis XIV – Louis XV curved facade, in rosewood marquetry, rosewood and violet.
It opens with four drawers on 3 rows through apparent (oak interiors); the separations between the drawers are fir.
The belt is meandering and amounts quarterfinal round.
Above gray breccia marble moldings beak corbin.
Numerous bronze ornaments: handles, entrances, falls and shoes … original, except the key.
The back is made of oak.
It is stamped twice “J.C. Ellaume” and bears the hallmark of Jurande.
Jean-Charles was received Master Ellaume 6 November 1754. The documents of the time often refer to as Allaume.
Epoque: XVIII century.
Very good condition after restoration. Removal, cleaning and installing bronzes. Keys turned into operating condition.
