Vintage Design
Very rare pair of chairs designed by Erik Chambert in 1937 and produced by his own company AB Chamberts Möbelfabrik. Frame made of ash with cane seat. This exact model was displayed in the International World Exhibition in Paris in 1937 and were among the few models of Swedish furniture to included in the Swedish pavilion of the show. This model is depicted on page 50 in the illustrated booklet from the Swedish exhibition. Overall very good vintage condition with light ware. Repaired shallow crack on the right front leg.
